Lisa Marie Presley spoke out about her dislike towards the Church of Scientology. Before her tragic passing away, the singer-songwriter gave an interview with Tony Ortega, via Radar, who is a well-known critic of this church, where she talked about her experience, being a part of this when she was younger, as well as talking about the leader of this religion, David Miscavige.

“At 25, after I got the inheritance, they started grooming me to be this person who would go out and get everyone else in.” She then added, “It’s a f—— hell of a story. There’s so much to it.” She went on, “Dave [Miscavige] was a good friend of mine. Now he’s f—— Hitler.”
She started by explaining that when she got her inheritance from her father’s passing at the age of 25, she started to get groomed to be the person who would go out into the world and get more members. She added that she felt like Miscavige was trying to take advantage of her and her father’s fortune.

Lisa Marie Presley Hates Tom Cruise
After talking about her experience in the Church of Scientology in brief, Lisa Marie Presley then went on to talk about the Oscar-winning actor, Tom Cruise, who has very publically had relations with the church. She stated that she absolutely hated him. Not going into much detail about this, she explained why this was the case.

“I f–king hate Tom[Cruise]. I met him 20 years ago. I said I never want to be in a room with him again.”
She explained that the first time that she met the actor was 20 years ago through this religion. This meeting was so bad that she had very strong, negative feelings toward the actor afterward. She explained that after the meeting was over, she said that she never wanted to be in a room with him again. One can only imagine how bad this meeting must have been for Presley to feel this way.
