Once you’re on the road, floor the accelerator, and push your car past 100 MPH or 161 kmph. Keep that speed going on for a few seconds, and you’ll eventually see a “Speed” alongside a multiplier notification show up on your HUD. This confirms that you’ve managed to earn a Speed Skill.
