Once you’ve completed those requirements, head towards the path where you find the Ice Man NPC. You’ll see a ship, but before that, take the left turn. Continue inside the village, take another left, and keep moving straight until you come across the Frozen Lake.

There’s going to be an empty patch in Frozen Lake. Jump into the water, swim down, and once you’re at the bottom, you’ll notice a thin ice sheet on your right. Now, use your Snow Pickaxe and mine it. This process will take some time, around 15-20 minutes, but you can place a Miner Totem to speed up things.

After you’ve managed to take down the ice sheet, you’ll finally be able to locate the Prismatix Pickaxe. It’s all yours to purchase for 2,000,000 gold.
