Following the official Season 7 roadmap NetEase put out earlier, Marvel Rivals has introduced Lower Manhattan, the brand new addition to the Convergence map pool, and it comes loaded with anything and everything about Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. Kingpin.
The map’s general lore revolves around Fisk receiving a shipment of the Tablet of Life and Time, with both teams fighting to gain control over the S.H.I.E.L.D convoy carrying it. However, on a deeper look, the map reveals more secrets than there seem to be on the surface level, including easter eggs that refer to some of the most iconic Marvel characters in history. The following is a list of every single secret we have found in Marvel Rivals’ latest Lower Manhattan Map so far:
Spider-Man’s Classic Suit & Doc Ock’s Tentacle

When starting on the attacking side of the round, the heroes are spawned in the Library of Empire State University, right at the entry of which, and under the grand stairs, is a room that is full of nothing but easter eggs and references.
The most evident one of these, which is noticeable right away, is the hanging Classic-Spider-Man Suit in the farther-left end of the room. The more intriguing part, however, is how the suit is hung from a tentacle taken out of Doc Ock’s suit, making this a two-in-one easter egg to discover.

In the same room found in the Library of Empire State University, resting right in front of the player on a table is the cape and the Jar-helmet of Mysterio, one of the most infamous Spider-Man villains. While this seems to be the sole reference to this villain in the Lower Manhattan map for now, there are many other references found in different areas of the map that point towards various nemeses the hero has had in comics.
Dr. Curtis Connors, A.K.A Lizard

Towards the middle of the map is the Empire State School of Biological Engineering, a wall of which is dedicated to celebrating some of the most prestigious members of Staff so far. The said wall features a photo of Dr. Curtis Connors, who is also known as The Lizard, and is another one of Spider-Man’s adversaries in the Marvel Universe.
It’s also worth checking out the other names on the wall, which include Dr. Edward Lansky (Lightmaster), Dr. Miles Warren (Jackal), and Dr. Buchanan Mitty (Humbug).

Found on the other side of the Empire State School of Biological Engineering is another wall with even bigger portraits of three of the most well-known villains in Marvel. There’s Dr. Curtis Connor in the middle, with there being a portrait of Norman Osborn, A.K.A Green Goblin, to his left, and Miles Warren, A.K.A the Jackal, to his right.
Seeing all these characters honored together is one of the biggest easter eggs the Lower Manhattan map could have possibly pulled off in Marvel Rivals, and elevates the attention to detail in the environment by several times.
Blueprints Developed By The Man-Thing and The Vulture

Right in the middle of the map and further inside the Empire State School of Biological Engineering is the main objective area for the start of the round. This is where you will find on the surrounding walls different project blueprints, including those of Spider-Man, the Lizard, and, more interestingly, by Man Thing and the Vulture.
Dr. Theodore Sallis is credited on a plaque for developing the SO-2 Serum, noted for granting its users toxic immunity. However, a side-effect of the drug would transform Sallis himself into the Man-Thing. Right beside this is the credit given to Clifton Shallot for his research on symbiotes. In the comics, Shallot eventually turned his expertise in bio-mutation toward himself, ultimately transforming into a twisted duplicate of the Vulture.
Jeff’s Golden Statue

Right outside where defenders spawn in the first phase of the match is a Golden Jeff statue, and it is the map’s most charming and hard-to-miss easter egg. Jeff the Land Shark is one of Marvel Rivals’ most beloved characters by the community.
This golden statue is also linked to the new “Shark to Shark” achievement in Marvel Rivals, which can be unlocked by performing an emore as Jeff the Land Shark while standing right in front of the said statue in the Lower Manhattan Map.
Framed Items at Fisk’s Ritual Area:

After reaching Kingpin’s Vault at the end of Payload delivery, you will find yourself in a room with Fisk standing right in the middle of it, and there are framed items further back in the room containing items that refer to a lot of different characters in the Marvel Universe, making it the most dense collection of easter eggs found in the entire map.
Kingpin’s Cane
The first item set in this unique row of easter eggs is Kingpin’s own Disintegrator Cane with the Purple Man’s thumb inside of it. It is one of the most iconic accessories used by Fisk in the whole of Marvel Comics, as he is seen using it often times during many of his appearances.
Mask of Eternity
The Mask of Eternity is the most cosmic-like item in this whole list of secrets we have uncovered about Fisk so far. Kingpin, who is known for organised crime, is now seemingly in possession of something that far exceeds what mortals can understand, making him a bigger threat than before.
The Hood’s Hood
The Hood is a supervillain who has been teased before, meaning he might possibly be added to Marvel Rivals as a playable character soon. However, for now, his significance arises from his hood being on display in Kingpin’s vault.
Terrigen Crystal
In one of these framed cases is the Terrigen Crystal, which is an important element significant to Inhumans in the Marvel Comics. This is possibly the first reference to the Inhumans Marvel Rivals has made so far.
Wrecker’s Crowbar
The Wrecker’s crowbar is one of the most recognisable artifacts, thanks to its being enchanted by Asgardian magic, which makes it one of the most devastating superweapons in the whole of Marvel Comics.
Moon Knight’s Boomerang
Moon Knight’s Boomerange, which is also known as his crescent dart, is the most signature weapon used by Marc Spector, who is already one of the playable characters found in Marvel Rivals.
Wrecking Ball
The last in the Kingpin’s vault collection is the Wrecking Ball, which would be a reference to Thunderball, one of the members of the Wrecking Crew group.
