A new video promoting The Fantastic Four: First Steps is playing in United States theaters.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps is the forthcoming MCU movie directed by Matt Shakman. It stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing.

What happens in The Fantastic Four: First Steps video?
While the video mainly encourages Thunderbolts* audiences to turn off their cellphones before the MCU movie begins and recycles some footage shown in previous Fantastic Four trailers, it also reveals what H.E.R.B.I.E. sounds like. Matthew Wood was recently revealed to be voicing the character.
The cast of The Fantastic Four: First Steps also includes Ralph Ineson as Galactus and Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal/Silver Surfer. Additionally, Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, and Natasha Lyonne have been cast in undisclosed roles.
“Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel’s First Family—Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Johnny Storm/Human Torch and Ben Grimm/The Thing as they face their most daunting challenge yet,” the official synopsis for the movie reads.
Kevin Feige serves as a producer on the project, while executive producers include Louis D’Esposito, Grant Curtis, and Tim Lewis. Mitch Bell is a co-producer, while the music comes from Michael Giacchino.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps will be released in United States theaters on July 25, 2025. It has been confirmed that Pascal, Kirby, Quinn, and Moss-Bachrach will all return for the next MCU movie after that, Avengers: Doomsday, which arrives in May 2026.
