According to a recent rumor, fans of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine should start getting excited for one specific moment in Avengers: Doomsday.
Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday is currently in post-production. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, also known as the Russo Brothers, the movie will be released in United States theaters at the end of this year. The sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars, is then dated for 2027.

Scooper MyTimeToShineHello recently quote tweeted a screenshot of a moment from Spider-Man: No Way Home that sees Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker tell Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland’s characters that he loves them. According to MyTimeToShineHello, Avengers: Doomsday “has a scene that will top this.”
The scooper then reposted that image with a picture of Maguire’s Spider-Man, Jackman’s Wolverine, and Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool/Wade Wilson, which presumably means the three of them will be the focus of the scene that will “top” the Spider-Man: No Way Home moment.

This is just a rumor at this time, and it should be treated as such. There have been plenty of rumors suggesting that Jackman, Maguire, and Reynolds may appear in either/both Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars, though Marvel has not confirmed that any of these three actors will be in either movie at this time.
