The full trailer for Avengers: Doomsday now has a rumored release date.
When is the rumored release date for the Avengers: Doomsday trailer?
According to TrailerTrack, the full trailer for Avengers: Doomsday will premiere on Super Bowl Sunday, one of the biggest days for movie trailers. Super Bowl LX is scheduled for February 8, 2026.

Marvel has already begun releasing footage from Avengers: Doomsday. The first teaser trailer previewed the return of Steve Rogers, played by Chris Evans. In the brief footage, Evans rides a motorcycle to Peggy Carter’s house, stares at his Captain America uniform, and holds a baby. The teaser initially ran before screenings of Avatar: Fire and Ash. Last week, Marvel officially posted the Steve Rogers teaser to its social media channels.
The second teaser, which is also running before Avatar: Fire and Ash, features Chris Hemsworth as Thor. In the teaser, Thor is praying to Odin as he prepares for battle. Also, Thor is shown with his adoptive daughter, Love. Marvel has not officially released the Thor teaser trailer on its social media channels.
The third teaser trailer reportedly features a trio of returning X-Men, including Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier/Professor X, Ian McKellen as Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto, and James Marsden as Scott Summers/Cyclops.
There is a rumored fourth teaser trailer that will be released after the X-Men teaser. However, it’s unconfirmed who will be involved in that teaser.
The Russo Brothers will direct Avengers: Doomsday. The Russos direct their first Marvel movie since 2019’s Avengers: Endgame, the second-highest-grossing movie ($2.8 billion) of all time.
Avengers: Doomsday is one of two Marvel movies scheduled for theaters next year. Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Tom Holland’s fourth solo outing as Peter Parker, hits theaters on July 31, 2026. Avengers: Doomsday arrives later that same year on December 18, 2026.
