When does Daredevil: Born Again Episode 8 come out on Disney+?
Disney+ will release Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 Episode 8 on April 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) and 9:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
The official schedule titles Episode 8 as “Isle of Joy.” The previous episode, “Art for Art’s Sake,” followed Daredevil’s pursuit of Muse, a serial killer revealed to be Heather’s patient, Bastian Cooper. Heather kills Muse during a rescue attempt, deepening her conflict with Matt. Meanwhile, Fisk takes credit for stopping Muse, Vanessa plots against him, and tensions rise within his inner circle.
How many Daredevil: Born Again episodes are left?
Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 has only one episode remaining after episode 8. Disney+ will release the season finale, Episode 9 titled “Straight to Hell”, on April 15, 2025.
Marvel Studios and Disney+ confirmed that Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 includes nine episodes. After a creative overhaul in 2023, Marvel split the originally planned 18-episode season into two parts.
Disney+ premiered the first two episodes on March 4, 2025, and has followed a weekly release schedule. Episode 9 will conclude the first season. Marvel Studios plans to premiere the eight-episode second season in early-to-mid 2026.
Dario Scardapane, Matt Corman, and Chris Ord created the series, and Marvel Studios released it under its “Marvel Television” label as part of Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Charlie Cox reprises his role as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, while Vincent D’Onofrio returns as Wilson Fisk / Kingpin. Disney reported that viewers streamed the two-episode premiere 7.5 million times in its first five days, using total stream time divided by runtime to define a view. (via Variety)
