Following the bullying incident and the graduation ceremony, Episode 11 wasn’t an action-packed episode like the previous few installments of Season 2. Instead, it mainly focused on Eleanor’s birthday and Arthur celebrating with his family.
Amid the celebration, Arthur is approached by a man named Professor Gideon, who wants to use his resources to buy Arthur’s knowledge after witnessing his brilliance through the steam engine concept.
However, Arthur bluntly refuses and reiterates that he wants the world to progress at its own pace and does not want to hinder its natural development any further. Gideon then negotiates, saying that he will only trouble Arthur with ideas of his own and, in return, help with whatever Arthur needs. Arthur agrees.
The episode ends with a mysterious hooded man staring at their house from the forest outside.
