So, what can you expect to see from the Silent Hill Transmission? Well, as confirmed by Konami, the first spotlight will be on Silent Hill: Townfall. For those who do, this title was announced in October 2022. The only thing we know about it right now is that it’s being developed by Screen Burn and is yet another psychological horror experience, though a shorter spin-off.
Other than Townfall, there’s also a good chance we might also finally see the rumored Silent Hill 1 remake. We’ve seen speculation about this project for months, but recently developer Bloober Team confirmed that work on the remake has kicked off. Insiders have suggested that the title has been in development for years, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see it as the presentation.
Aside from these two games, it’s still unclear what the presentation might bring to the table. Let’s just hope that Konami has a few surprises that might push the franchise further.
With that said, are you excited for the Silent Hill Transmission? Let us know in the comments below!
