Star Wars Outlaws Keeps Digging Its Own Grave
Ubisoft recently released a patch (1.000.002) for Star Wars Outlaws aimed at improving the game’s performance on PlayStation 5. However, along with the patch came an email urging players to update to the latest version and, controversially, to start a new save file.

The message stated that continuing with older saves would lead to progression blockers, effectively trapping players in an unplayable state. The problem seems to be isolated to the PlayStation 5, as no similar issues have been reported by Xbox or PC players.
