HBO Max just satisfied everyone’s craving for what’s coming next on the platform. The streamer’s new “Coming Soon” trailer teases fresh footage from its biggest upcoming titles for the rest of 2026.
New HBO Max trailer shows what’s coming soon in 2026
HBO Max released a new “Coming Soon” spot showcasing its upcoming lineup for the rest of 2026. The promo features first looks at several upcoming originals, returning fan favorites, and new series. It offers audiences a curated snapshot of the platform’s content in the months ahead.
The trailer includes fresh footage from the highly anticipated Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone series. The HBO Original Series debuts on Christmas Day after its record-breaking first teaser in March. New footage shows the titular boy wizard hitting the Quidditch field for the first time.
Kyle Chandler appears suited up in his Lanterns superhero costume ahead of the DC Studios drama’s August 16 debut. Meanwhile, Kevin Sussman returns as Stuart Bloom in the Big Bang Theory spin-off, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe. The Max Original Comedy Series premieres on July 23.
Season 3 of House of the Dragon kicks off on June 21 as one of the platform’s biggest returning titles. The Gilded Age returns for its fourth season sometime in 2026 without a specific premiere date. Larry David’s new HBO Original Limited Series, Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness, arrives on June 26.
Hard Knocks: Training Camp follows the Seattle Seahawks starting in August. The promo also features never-before-seen footage from several new projects heading to the platform. These include Monsters of God, The Man Will Burn, War, and Youth, all carrying 2026 premiere windows.
A new season of Conan O’Brien Must Go also debuts in 2026. The spot opens by highlighting titles that already aired this year, including The Pitt, Hacks, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and Euphoria.
Notably absent from the trailer are titles expected in 2027, such as True Detective Season 5, The Last of Us Season 3, and The White Lotus Season 4.
