So, let’s start off with the most basic question: how much will these mansions cost? Well, we don’t know the prices yet, but it’s safe to assume that they won’t be any less than 5 million, even in the best-case scenario.
What we do know for a fact is that you’ll be able to choose from three luxury areas across Los Santos, and those are Tonga Hills, Richman, and a spot right next to the Vinewood sign. When it comes to the exterior of the mansion, here’s what you can expect to see –
Expansion Drive
A massive driveway where you and your friends can park your cars, and even do a mini-car meet to see who’s got the best whip.
Luxurious Outdoor Spaces
After robbing El Rubio for the fourth time this week, you can kick back and relax on the poolside loungers at your mansion with some drinks.
Restorative Yoga Area
Los Santos can make you go insane, but your mansion’s dedicated yoga zone will let you unwind and reconnect with your inner self.
Lavish Swimming Pool
If yoga isn’t your thing, a large, luxurious swimming pool is also right there for you to dive into. It’s the perfect spot for hanging or inviting your friends over.
Tranquil Hot Tub
Once you’re done with your swimming session, you can slip into the hot tub and wrap up your day in pure relaxation.
Sturdy Gym Equipment
For all those fitness enthusiasts out there, your multi-million dollar mansion will come with an outdoor gym that features the best equipment and stunning views.
Stately Kennels
With pets coming to GTA Online, you’ll have a dedicated kennel for your loyal companion in the mansion.
Spacious Garage
Store all of your high-end supercars in this brand-new garage that’s right underneath your mansion.
Private Rooftop Helipad
Make a grand entrance by flying straight to your private rooftop helipad. And yes, your Buzzard and Akula will also be able to land here.

You’ll be able to choose from three different interior styles, and you can mix them to create your own mansion –
Master and Guest Bedrooms
A luxurious master bedroom for yourself, plus multiple guest rooms where your friends can crash after a long night of partying and stealing.
Relaxing Lounge Area
When planning your next heist or casino run, kick back in the longue area and strategize with your crew in comfort.
Cozy Cigar Room
Light up a Redwood cigarette or the Estancia cigar, and do the deed in this cozy cigar room.
Engaging Office
Take care of all your business operations, legal or otherwise, in your personal office space.
Elegant Trophy Room
Showcase all your achievements in a dedicated trophy room where you can display your hard-earned trophies.
Secure Vault
Got some valuables that you want to keep somewhere safe? Well, your mansion has a secure vault exactly for that purpose.
Private Salon
Avoid taking a trip to Los Santos for a haircut, where an Oppressor can erase you in seconds. Instead, take the trip down to your private salon and get a fresh cut right at home.
State-of-the-Art Media Room
Watch all your favorite documentaries, TV shows, and highlights in a massive media room that has multiple seats.

However, that’s not all. For a bit of extra $, you can get some optional upgrades that add tons of premium enhancements you definitely want to pick up –
Podium
This podium isn’t for trophies but your personal cars. Whether it’s your favorite ride or a machine you wrecked a race with, you can put it on display here for everyone to admire.
Armory
Use the armory to upgrade your weapons and maximise your performance for the A Safe House in the Hills DLC missions.
Arcade
If you’ve unlocked an Arcade, you can fill your mansion with a bunch of retro gaming cabinets and create your arcade space.
Vehicle Workshop
Want to slap some new engine upgrades, or give your personal vehicle a fresh look? You won’t need to head to Los Santos Customs as you’ve got a full vehicle workshop right at the mansion.
Now, these aren’t the only things you can expect to see in your mansion. Every mansion will come with an AI Concierge by default, which is your personal virtual assistant. If that’s not enough, you’ll also have amenities like a Security Team operating around the clock, and the Mansion Party to hold the biggest celebrations in Los Santos.
