Legendary hero skins (a.k.a. Costumes) in Marvel Rivals are not just shinier versions of the default look. They come with exclusive visual effects, unique MVP animations, and recolor variants that lower-rarity costumes simply do not get.

NetEase has been pushing out new legendary costumes at a steady pace since launch, and keeping track of them all, who has what, where to get it, and whether it’s still available, can feel like a full-time job.

On that note, here is the full list, sorted from the heroes with the most legendary skins down to those with one:

1. Invisible Woman – 5 Legendary Skins

Sue Storm’s ever-healthy skin lineup. | Credits: NetEase Games

Sue Storm is easily one of the most cosmetically stacked heroes in the game, with five legendary skins to her name spread across nearly every season, and a couple of them available permanently in the store. Here is everything she has:

Riann Landau: The Debater

Credits: NetEase Games

This is the newest legendary skin in the game as of this writing, released on April 3, 2026 (Season 7) in the store as part of the ESU Showdown set, available for a limited time.

Prism Parade

Credits: NetEase Games

A Season 6 Battle Pass skin from January 16, 2026, tied to the Disco Revolution set, the Prism Parade skin for Invisible Woman was released as a limited-time reward during its active season. Once purchased, the pass can be completed at any pace.

Disappearing Dessert

Credits: NetEase Games

From the Rivals’ Day 2025 set, available via Jeff’s Break Time Event Pass on November 27, 2025 (Season 5), released as a limited-time premium reward. The naming team clearly had a very good day on this one.

Azure Shade

Credits: NetEase Games

Released on September 18, 2025 (Season 4) in the store as part of the Marvel Rivals Swimsuit Special set, this is the talk-of-the-town “Invisible Woman summer skin” that was available for a limited time during the season.

The Life Fantastic

Credits: NetEase Games

The oldest of the five, released on February 13, 2025 (Season 1) in the in-game store as part of the 60th Wedding Anniversary set alongside Mister Fantastic’s matching skin, and permanently available for purchase.

2. Jeff the Land Shark – 5 Legendary Skins

Jeff keeps getting new fits. | Credits: NetEase Games

Jeff occupies a very specific corner of the Marvel Rivals Strategist roster: small, unassuming, somehow terrifying in a match, and apparently the character NetEase feels deserves a new legendary outfit every other week. Five skins and counting:

Duck Defender

Credits: NetEase Games

The most recent Jeff legendary, released February 13, 2026 (Season 6) via the Citizenship of Monster Kingdom event pass (part of the Animal Party set) as a limited-time reward. The only thing more chaotic than the name is the fact that this is his fifth legendary skin.

Business Shark

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Van Dyne Designs set, released November 27, 2025 (Season 5) as a limited-time free reward in Jeff’s Break Time Event Pass. One of the most-requested skins since release, and it was offered to players for free to celebrate the game’s first anniversary.

Jeff O’Lantern

Credits: NetEase Games

A Halloween-themed skin from the Voyage to Astonish set, released October 23, 2025 (Season 4) in the store as a limited-time seasonal drop. Whether it comes back depends on NetEase’s holiday rerun schedule.

Sunshine Land Shark

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Krakoa Resort set, released June 6, 2025 (Season 2) in the store and permanently available for purchase, making it the most accessible legendary in Jeff’s collection.

Devouring Duo

Credits: NetEase Games

The earliest of Jeff’s legendary run, this Season 3 Battle Pass skin dropped July 11, 2025, as part of the Klyntar Warriors set, released as a limited-time Battle Pass reward and no longer available outside of a potential rerun.

3. Luna Snow – 5 Legendary Skins

K-pop flair meets flashy cosmetics. | Credits: NetEase Games

Luna is the character Marvel Rivals decided should have a legendary skin for every conceivable aesthetic direction, and the results mostly back that mindset up. Five legendary costumes ranging from a futuristic K-pop reimagining to a summer event exclusive:

Disco Pop

Credits: NetEase Games

Released January 23, 2026 (Season 6) in the store as part of the Disco Revolution set, this skin was available for a limited time during that seasonal window.

Cherry Delight

Credits: NetEase Games

A Rivals’ Day 2025 skin released December 4, 2025 (Season 5) in the store as a limited-time drop, and arguably one of her more charming looks in the full lineup.

Abyssal Glow

Credits: NetEase Games

A Season 4 Battle Pass skin from September 12, 2025, tied to the Abyssal Flame set, this skin was released as a limited-time Battle Pass reward that required the pass during its active season.

Cool Summer

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Marvel Rivals Swimsuit Special set, dropped July 17, 2025 (Season 3) via the Summer Special event pass as a limited-time event reward.

Mirae 2099

Mirae 2099, a part of the 2099 set, is the earliest of Luna Snow’s legendary skins that was released on February 7, 2025 (Season 1) in the store and is permanently available for purchase.

4. Cloak & Dagger – 4 Legendary Skins

Duality reflected in every new skin | Credits: NetEase Games

Cloak & Dagger are treated as a single hero in Marvel Rivals, and their legendary skin count reflects that the design team enjoys working with the visual contrast the duo naturally offers. Four legendary costumes with one permanent option among them:

Daring Duo

Credits: NetEase Games

This is the latest legendary skin for the duo as of writing. It was released on March 27, 2026 (Season 7) as part of the Thieves Guild set and is permanently available for purchase via the in-game store.

Ice Pas De Deux

Credits: NetEase Games

This is a Winter Holiday 2025 skin that was released on December 25, 2025 (Season 5) in the store as a limited-time seasonal drop.

Polarity Bond

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Abyssal Flame set, released August 15, 2025 (Season 3) in the store as a limited-time drop during that seasonal window.

Dance Partner

Credits: NetEase Games

A Season 2 Battle Pass skin from April 11, 2025, tied to the Hellfire Gala 2025 set, released as a limited-time Battle Pass reward and no longer available outside of a potential rerun.

5. Iron Man – 4 Legendary Skins

Stark suits that keep getting better. | Credits: NetEase Games

Tony Stark having four legendary skins feels like the bare minimum, and the lineup covers a wide range from MCU faithful to full-on symbiote chaos. All four are permanently available in the store, which makes his legendary collection one of the most accessible on the full roster:

Iron Mariner

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the New Marauders set, released February 20, 2026 (Season 6) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

Big Shot

Credits: NetEase Games

The cleanest looking skin among the four, this Iron Man skin was released on October 30, 2025 (Season 4) in the store and is permanently available for purchase.

Extrembiote Armor

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Klyntar Warriors set, released August 22, 2025 (Season 3) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

Avengers: Endgame

Credits: NetEase Games

A launch-day legendary released December 6, 2024 (Season 0) in the store as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe set, permanently available, and probably one of the most widely owned skins in the game.

6. Scarlet Witch – 4 Legendary Skins

Chaos magic, constantly refreshed looks. | Credits: NetEase Games

Wanda has been getting legendary treatment across practically every arc the game has run, and her four skins span some notably different tones. Two of them are permanently in the store, which is relatively rare for a character this deep into the cosmetic catalog:

Twisted Conjurer

Credits: NetEase Games

This skin was released February 20, 2026 (Season 6) via the Twisted Nightmare event pass as part of the Twisted Nightmare set, and was available for a limited time during that event window.

Witch of the Evil Eye

Credits: NetEase Games

A Season 5 Battle Pass skin from November 14, 2025, tied to the Year One set, released as a limited-time Battle Pass reward.

Phoenix Chaos

Released August 28, 2025 (Season 3) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

Immortal Sovereign

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Immortal Dragon set, released May 22, 2025 (Season 2) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

7. Psylocke – 4 Legendary Skins

Sleek, stylish, and each costume better than the last. | Credits: NetEase Games

Four legendary skins across four separate sets, almost all of them limited. Psylocke is a character with a very distinct visual identity, and NetEase has leaned into that at every opportunity:

Psychedelic Pulse

Credits: NetEase Games

Released January 30, 2026 (Season 6) via the Flight Mode! World Tour Merch Event Pass as part of the Disco Revolution set, available for a limited time during that event window.

Daring Daifuku

Credits: NetEase Games

A Lucky Draw skin that was released on December 4, 2025 (Season 5) in the store as part of the Rivals’ Day 2025 set, available for a limited time, with a gacha-like “Lucky Draw” mechanic adding an extra layer of chance to the “buying” process.

Fleeting Butterfly

Credits: NetEase Games

From the Jade Scrolls of K’un-Lun event pass, released October 10, 2025 (Season 4) as part of the Formula R set, available for a limited time during that event window.

Breezy Butterfly

Credits: NetEase Games

The earliest of her four, from the Marvel Rivals Swimsuit Special set, Psylocke’s Breezy Butterfly beach skin was released July 18, 2025 (Season 3) in the store as a limited-time seasonal drop.

8. Venom – 4 Legendary Skins

Who knew symbiotes could be so stylish? | Credits: NetEase Games

Venom collecting legendary skins at this pace makes complete sense. His base design already lends itself to dramatic visual reworks, and every legendary costume here takes that further in a different direction:

Space Corsair

Credits: NetEase Games

A Season 6 Battle Pass skin introduced on January 16, 2026, part of the New Marauders set. It was released as a limited-time Battle Pass reward tied to the purchase window for that pass.

Gummy Surprise

Credits: NetEase Games

One of the most bizarre skins ever seen in any game, this legendary costume was released on November 27, 2025 (Season 5) in the store as part of the Rivals’ Day 2025 set, available for a limited time during that seasonal event.

Reborn King in Black

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Abyssal Flame set, available via the Ancient Powers Awaken event pass on August 21, 2025 (Season 3) as a limited-time event reward.

Snow Symbiote

Credits: NetEase Games

The oldest of his four, Venom’s Snow Symbiote skin was released on December 27, 2024 (Season 0) in the store as part of the Winter Celebration set. It was available for a limited time during the game’s very first holiday window before coming back for a limited-time rerun in December 2025.

9. Captain America – 3 Legendary Skins

Classic hero, consistently strong designs. | Credits: NetEase Games

Cap has three legendaries spanning an MCU classic, a fan-favorite comic arc transformation, and a more recent seasonal event skin, in roughly that order of permanence:

Brett Hendrick: The Star

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the ESU Shodown set, released March 27, 2026 (Season 7) in the store as a limited-time drop.

Capwolf

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Collector’s Collection set, released December 12, 2025 (Season 4) via the Seeds of the Gardener Event Pass as a limited-time event reward. The kind of skin that players either fully commit to or skip entirely.

Avengers: Infinity War

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe set, released February 7, 2025 (Season 1) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

10. Magik – 3 Legendary Skins

Dark magic with evolving aesthetics. | Credits: NetEase Games

Magik’s legendary trio spans a disco-themed event pass exclusive, a limited store drop, and a permanent punk society skin. All three are tonally distinct enough that calling any one of them the obvious default choice would be a stretch:

Infernal Idol

Credits: NetEase Games

Released as part of the Disco Revolution set on March 27, 2026 (Season 7) via the Flight Mode! World Tour Merch Vol. 2 Event Pass, Magik’s best legendary yet is, unfortunately, a limited-time offering.

New Millennia Might

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Van Dyne Designs set, released November 21, 2025 (Season 5) in the store as a limited-time drop.

Punkchild

Credits: NetEase Games

11. Hela – 3 Legendary Skins

The Asgardian Goddess of Death has some flair, alright! | Credits: NetEase Games

Three legendary skins for Hela, and each one finds a noticeably different angle from the one before. The range across her legendary collection is wider than most three-skin rosters manage:

Helen Angerboda: The Rebel

Credits: NetEase Games

This is a skin from the Marvel Rivals Season 7 Battle Pass, released on March 20, 2026, as a limited-time Battle Pass reward tied to the purchase window for that season’s pass.

The Grim Lady

Credits: NetEase Games

Released September 25, 2025 (Season 4) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

Queen in Black

Credits: NetEase Games

From the Queen’s Codex event pass, released August 8, 2025 (Season 3), as a limited-time premium reward for anyone who purchased the pass in time.

12. Peni Parker – 3 Legendary Skins

Mech designs that keep switching up. | Credits: NetEase Games

Peni’s three legendary skins are all limited, all tonally very different, and collectively some of the more creative uses of her mech aesthetic in the game’s cosmetic history:

Badlands Lullaby

Credits: NetEase Games

A Season 7 Battle Pass skin from March 20, 2026, part of the Twisted Nightmare set, released as a limited-time reward tied to the season’s pass purchase window. A true “Halloween came early” look, to be sure.

SNOW-SP//DR

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Winter Holiday 2025 set, this skin was introduced in the game on December 18, 2025 (Season 5) via the store as a limited-time seasonal drop.

Floral Frights

Credits: NetEase Games

Released October 23, 2025 (Season 4) via the Voyage to Astonish event pass as a limited-time event reward.

13. Thor – 3 Legendary Skins

Lightning, capes, and zero subtlety. | Credits: NetEase Games

Three legendaries for the God of Thunder, covering a disco-era limited drop, a Hellfire Gala permanent, and an MCU film skin from launch. Two of the three are permanently available, making this one of the more accessible three-skin rosters on the list:

Boogie Bolt

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Disco Revolution set, released January 23, 2026 (Season 6) in the store as a limited-time drop during a specific time window.

Majestic Raiment

Credits: NetEase Games

Thor: Love and Thunder

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe set, released December 13, 2024 (Season 0) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

14. Loki – 3 Legendary Skins

Always dressed for chaos. | Credits: NetEase Games

Loki’s three legendary skins span from early-game through mid-Season 5, with two limited drops and one permanent option. All three fit different versions of a character who, canonically, never looks the same way twice:

Lady Loki

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Collector’s Collection set, released January 1, 2026 (Season 5) in the store as a limited-time drop.

Shin Sagi-Shi

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Peach Momoko’s Demon Days set, released April 25, 2025 (Season 2) in the store as a limited-time drop.

All-Butcher

Credits: NetEase Games

Released January 10, 2025 (Season 1) via the Battle Pass as a limited-time reward, no longer available outside of a potential rerun.

15. Squirrel Girl – 3 Legendary Skins

Somehow goofy, somehow still works. | Credits: NetEase Games

Three legendary skins for Squirrel Girl and every single one of them released as a limited-time drop, which is either a cruel joke from NetEase or proof that her cosmetic runs consistently sell well. Possibly both:

Tinsel Tail

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Winter Holiday 2025 set, released December 18, 2025 (Season 5) via the Gone Nutty for Gifts event pass as a limited-time event reward.

Turbo Tailwind

16. Doctor Strange – 3 Legendary Skins

Multiverse fits with main-character energy. | Credits: NetEase Games

Strange has three legendaries covering his MCU film appearances and an original Immortal Dragon design, with two of the three permanently available in the store:

Bleeker Street Strut

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Van Dyne Designs set, released November 21, 2025 (Season 5) in the store as a limited-time drop.

18. Groot – 2 Legendary Skins

It’s still just Groot… but better. | Credits: NetEase Games

Groot has two legendary skins, both permanently available in the store, spanning a mechanized futuristic take and a Norse mythology rework. No time pressure on either:

Mecha-Flora

Credits: NetEase Games

Released February 6, 2026 (Season 6) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

Yggroot

Credits: NetEase Games

Released May 30, 2025 (Season 2) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

19. Phoenix – 2 Legendary Skins

Fire, chaos, and no chill whatsoever. | Credits: NetEase Games

Phoenix has two legendaries on opposite ends of the color spectrum, and both are permanently available in the store, making her one of the easier multi-skin characters to fully collect (if you’re into that sort of thing):

Ice Phoenix

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Winter Holiday 2025 set, released January 8, 2026 (Season 5) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

Chaos Phoenix

Credits: NetEase Games

Released July 11, 2025 (Season 3) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

20. Namor – 2 Legendary Skins

Attitude first, everything else second. | Credits: NetEase Games

Namor arrived relatively late to the legendary skin club, and both of his were released as limited-time drops, leaning into very different aesthetic directions for a character who usually commands a fairly consistent visual:

Monstro King

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Collector’s Collection set, released November 14, 2025 (Season 5) via the Battle Pass as a limited-time reward, no longer available outside of a potential rerun.

Phantom Tide

21. Mantis – 2 Legendary Skins

Natural fashion sense. | Credits: NetEase Games

Mantis has two legendary skins, one from launch and one from the summer event, with both released as limited-time rewards and the launch skin being one of the earlier Battle Pass exclusives in the game:

Oceanic Harmony

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Marvel Rivals Swimsuit Special set, released September 18, 2025 (Season 4) via the Summer Special Vol. 2 event pass as a limited-time event reward.

Galactic Wings

Credits: NetEase Games

22. The Punisher – 2 Legendary Skins

All business, while being surprisingly beach-ready. | Credits: NetEase Games

The Punisher has two legendary skins as of writing, each of them pulling from very different visual references. One is a Peach Momoko’s Demon Days skin, one is a swimwear collection entry, which is a sentence that only Marvel Rivals can make work:

Aqua Arsenal

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Marvel Rivals Swimsuit Special set, released September 18, 2025 (Season 4) in the store as a limited-time seasonal drop.

Dangan Ronin

Credits: NetEase Games

23. Moon Knight – 2 Legendary Skins

Three personalities, one chaotic wardrobe. | Credits: NetEase Games

Moon Knight has two legendary skins from opposite ends of his visual identity, one a limited MCU-adjacent Battle Pass skin and the other a permanent classic that fits his base aesthetic cleanly:

Moon Knight Mech

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe set (specifically from Marvel’s What If…? Season 3), released September 12, 2025 (Season 4) via the Battle Pass as a limited-time reward, no longer available outside of a potential rerun.

Part of the Immortal Dragon set, released January 3, 2025 (Season 0) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

24. The Thing – 1 Legendary Skin

Heart of gold, with an especially scary legendary skin. | Credits: NetEase Games

The Thing’s first (and, for now, only) legendary skin arrived in Season 6, pulling from the Fear Itself comic arc for a look that steps noticeably away from his default orange rocky form:

Fear Itself

Credits: NetEase Games

Released March 13, 2026 (Season 6) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

25. Gambit – 1 Legendary Skin

Cajun charm with cards up his sleeve. | Credits: NetEase Games

Gambit launched into the roster with a Lucky Draw skin that pairs directly with Rogue’s Mrs. X skin, making the two the game’s second coordinated couples cosmetic:

Mr. X

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Mr. & Mrs. X set (shared with Rogue), released February 13, 2026 (Season 6) via the store’s Lucky Draw as a limited-time drop.

26. Rogue – 1 Legendary Skin

Southern charm brought to life. | Credits: NetEase Games

Rogue’s single legendary skin is the matching counterpart to Gambit’s Mr. X, and like his, it came through the Lucky Draw system rather than a straightforward store purchase:

Mrs. X

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Mr. & Mrs. X set (shared with Gambit), released February 13, 2026 (Season 6) via the store’s Lucky Draw as a limited-time drop.

27. Adam Warlock – 1 Legendary Skin

Cosmic Warlock

Credits: NetEase Games

Released January 8, 2026 (Season 5) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

28. Star-Lord – 1 Legendary Skin

Too loud to ever ignore. | Credits: NetEase Games

Star-Lord has one legendary skin, and it was released as a limited-time holiday drop, which may explain why his single entry comes up often on community boards whenever seasonal skin returns get discussed:

Starcracker

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Winter Holiday 2025 set, released December 18, 2025 (Season 5) in the store as a limited-time seasonal drop.

29. Emma Frost – 1 Legendary Skin

Too loud to ever ignore. | Credits: NetEase Games

33. Magneto – 1 Legendary Skin

Power, control, and absolute authority. | Credits: NetEase Games

Binary Sword

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Ultron Virus set, released May 30, 2025 (Season 2) via the Combat Chest, the first-ever event pass in Marvel Rivals that was available to purchase for a limited time during that event window.

34. Rocket Raccoon – 1 Legendary Skin

Chaos comes in small packages. | Credits: NetEase Games

Rocket has one legendary skin, a permanent store addition from the Krakoa Resort set that has been available since Season 2:

Sunshine Raccoon

Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the Krakoa Resort set, released May 9, 2025 (Season 2) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

35. Black Panther – 1 Legendary Skin

Ready to hunt. | Credits: NetEase Games

36. Hawkeye – 1 Legendary Skin

Somehow keeping up with gods. | Credits: NetEase Games

Hawkeye has one legendary skin, and it is one of the cleaner comic-faithful looks in the game, permanently available in the store, which is a minor mercy given how many other single-skin characters ended up limited-only:

Ronin

Credits: NetEase Games

Released April 4, 2025 (Season 1) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

37. Storm – 1 Legendary Skin

Some very “striking” visuals. | Credits: NetEase Games

Part of the 60th Wedding Anniversary set (shared with Invisible Woman), released February 13, 2025 (Season 1) in the store and permanently available for purchase.

39. Iron Fist – 1 Legendary Skin

40. Wolverine – 1 Legendary Skin

Part of the Gothic Recursion set, released January 10, 2025 (Season 1) via the Battle Pass as a limited-time reward.

41. Hulk – 1 Legendary Skin

And finally, a few questions that often come up around the subject, answered:

Will limited legendary skins ever come back?

Some have. Holiday-themed skins have returned in subsequent seasonal windows, so those carry the best track record for reruns. Battle pass and event pass skins have not typically returned, with the notable exception of the Season 0 Battle Pass, which was briefly available for purchase again in May 2025 (via NetEase Games).

If I miss the purchase window for a Battle Pass or Event Pass, can I still finish it?

Yes. The limited window only applies to purchasing the pass itself, not to completing it. Once you own it, you can work through the pages and claim all rewards at your own pace, regardless of when the active season ends.

What is a Lucky Draw skin, and how does it work?

Lucky Draw skins are obtained through a probability-based draw system in the store rather than a flat purchase. You spend a set amount of in-game currency per pull, with a guaranteed acquisition after a certain number of pulls. Gambit’s and Rogue’s Mr. and Mrs. X costumes are the most recent examples of skins tied to this system.

Do legendary skins affect gameplay in any way?

No. Like every other hero skin in Marvel Rivals, Legendary-rarity skins are also purely cosmetic. Players can also choose to disable any skin-specific custom VFX/SFX via the in-game settings menu.

Which heroes currently have no legendary skins at all?

As of April 2026, several heroes are still waiting for their first legendary, including Human Torch, Black Widow, and Ultron, among others. NetEase adds new legendary skins every season, so that list keeps shrinking.

Which legendary skin from this list do you regret missing out on the most? And which Marvel Rivals hero do you think is long overdue for a legendary costume treatment? Let us know in the comments below!
