In a few months, Elden Ring will witness its two-year anniversary, and the game currently has many players braving through The Lands Between. However, some of these players take on the extra edge and choose to be overpowered entities in the game’s PvP scenarios.
One such player has chosen ultimate violence over slow and gradual attacks. Gameplay footage of this character obliterating other players has been making waves on the Elden Ring subreddit, and commenters are rejoicing about this player’s choices in life.
Despite the Low (Almost No) Armor, the Character Causes Absolute Havoc
The game’s deep customization allows players to modify and enhance their experience.
The video starts off by showing us user Esbidee’s build, which consists of the following power-ups:
Crimson Tear Scarab: This protects the player’s head against attacks by giving it defensive properties.
Windy Crystal Tear: This item is used in favor of the Flask of Wondrous Physick and gives the player a concoction that is able to temporarily increase the effectiveness of dodge rolls.
Radagon’s Soreseal: This talisman raises the character’s Vigor, Endurance, Strength, and Dexterity by 5, respectively. It also increases damage taken by 15%.
Marika’s Sorseal: This talisman improves Mind, Intelligence, Faith, and Arcane by 5 points each. However, it also increases the damage taken by 15%.
Daedicar’s Woe: This talisman doubles the damage taken.
Crucible Feather Talisman: This item improves the effectiveness of dodge-rolls but increases damage taken.

What follows next is a screen full of neat stats and perfect parries. In fact, the build is able to one-hit opponents and cause absolute ruckus, no matter who or what it goes against. Redditor Esbidee also goes on to show off their confidence with the build:
I like to give hosts the satisfaction of unexpectedly hitting over 2,000 damage on an invader (if they can hit me!)
The video has now hit more than 3000 upvotes on Reddit, and it’s a surprise welcome into the otherwise slow and exploratory kind of posts that new and old players enjoy browsing through. The timing of this couldn’t be better, given the anticipation for the game’s upcoming DLC, The Shadow of the Erdtree. This will be the first officially announced DLC in the game and likely arrive in 2024.
The Overpowered Build Strikingly Resembles Another Famous Personality in Elden Ring
Elden Ring‘s PvP and PvE experiences often add to a strong sense of community.
As a part of FromSoftware’s challenging titles, Elden Ring is not new to players who desperately want easier and simpler ways of getting past some of its hardcore challenges. Not long after the game’s release, the infamous optional boss, Malenia Blade of Miquella, made her name as one of the hardest boss fights in gaming history.
While Other Studios Lay Off Staff, Elden Ring’s Developers Are Building Their Team
Thankfully, Elden Ring’s co-op feature lets players ask for help online. Among the many who assisted players, there was one who stood tall and proud, going by the name of LetMeSoloThem.
At first glance, this character doesn’t look like much – a bucket for a helmet and innerwear that’s doing a great job at keeping up with those aggressive moves. However, this character would be summoned by many players, and the highly skilled player would defeat the final boss of the game in the blink of an eye.
Naturally, LetMeSoloThem earned a reputation, and eventually, the player unveiled the mask on Reddit and made a post acknowledging their journey so far. User supersaiyanvidel wrote about their experience in a post that has now hit more than 43.6k upvotes:
Over a year and a half ago, I started wearing a jar helm, going by the name LetMeSoloThem I set a goal to help as many people as I could become Elden Lord.
Today I’m honoured to say that I’ve finally helped 5000 people defeat the final boss of Elden Ring.
The user also writes about how it has been a rewarding journey, and they’re grateful for everyone who has summoned them whenever in need.
Such stories are some of the many things that make Soulslike games so rewarding in nature. The community is often blessed by players who look out for the little guy and make sure they’re able to assist those in need.
