An alleged new video of Mirabel has surfaced online, where she is seen with three guys and appears heavily intoxicated

Lagos, Nigeria – February 21, 2026 – A new video purportedly featuring 18-year-old Nigerian TikToker Abigail Nsuka, known online as Mirabel, has gone viral on social media, showing her in what appears to be a hotel room with three young men while seemingly heavily intoxicated. The footage, which surfaced on X (formerly Twitter) and quickly spread to platforms like Instagram and Facebook, has sparked intense online debate, with some users calling for police intervention and others urging restraint.

The video, lasting about 17 seconds, depicts Mirabel lying on a light-colored couch, her eyes closed and body limp, as if unconscious or under the influence of substances. Three shirtless men are seen in the room: one poses for the camera with a serious expression, another sticks out his tongue playfully, and a third appears in the background. An overlay text in Pidgin English reads “She be eponlabi 😂😂😂,” a slang phrase that has been interpreted by online commentators as mocking or derogatory, possibly implying something explicit or humorous at her expense. The setting includes a mounted TV and wooden flooring, suggesting a private indoor space like a hotel suite.

This development comes just days after Mirabel’s high-profile recantation of a rape allegation that initially garnered widespread sympathy and financial donations from the public. On February 15, Mirabel posted emotional videos on TikTok claiming she was sexually assaulted in her Ogun State apartment by an intruder who allegedly tied her up, gagged her, and inflicted cuts with a blade. The claims went viral, drawing support from celebrities like singer Simi and prompting the Ogun State Police Command to launch an investigation.

However, in a subsequent phone conversation with social media activist Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, Mirabel admitted the allegation was false. She attributed the fabrication to a combination of drug abuse—specifically codeine mixed with alcohol—panic attacks, depression, and hallucinations. Mirabel also revealed she had a toxic relationship with a lesbian partner and a history of self-harm. Following her confession, she was taken into custody by the Ogun State Police for investigation and potential prosecution for making a false report. The state government confirmed she received medical treatment before being handed over to authorities.

The newly surfaced video, described by some as a “throwback,” has reignited scrutiny of Mirabel’s lifestyle and raised questions about consent and exploitation. Online reactions are mixed. Some users, like X poster @DreyPR_, condemned the men involved, stating, “3 guys with 18 years old girl inside what looks like a hotel. And you still post am with your face. Well I like as most criminals no Dey really get sense.” Others, such as @UtdPcan, defended Mirabel, noting she is an orphan and calling for empathy: “Make una leave the poor girl alone. Una sisters dey do the same just that nobody video them. This girl na orphan and una wan drag her into deep depression before una go rest.”

Calls for the arrest of the men in the video have grown, with commenters like @GladysW74728905 insisting, “Police need to arrest those guys.” Conversely, critics have used the footage to question Mirabel’s credibility further, with one Instagram user commenting, “She looks high. And why video record her; to prove what point exactly??” Speculation about her age varies, with some posts referring to her as a “2007 girl” (suggesting she was born in 2007, making her 19), while others claim she is underage.

As of now, the Ogun State Police have not issued a statement on the new video, though the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency previously offered support in response to her initial claims. The incident highlights ongoing concerns about social media’s role in amplifying personal crises, false allegations, and privacy violations in Nigeria.

Mirabel has not publicly responded to the latest video. This story is developing, with social media continuing to buzz as more details emerge.
