After years of anticipation, Capcom’s sci-fi shooter Pragmata has finally arrived! Players who manage to see the game right to the end can unlock three different endings: the default ending, the abandonment ending, and the true ending. If you are someone wondering how to achieve each one, don’t worry! Here’s a complete explanation of all Pragmata endings, and how to unlock them with ease!

As we’ve said before, Pragmata features three unique endings, and here’s how you can unlock each one, and what they entail –

1. Default Ending

The default ending is the standard outcome in Pragmata, and the one you are most likely to encounter if your Synchronization level is low. In this version, Hugh stays behind on the moon to stabilize the failing AI while Diana is sent back to Earth alone.

It’s a bittersweet conclusion, but also the quickest and most common ending for first-time players. All you need to do is follow the main story without diving too much into the optional side content and quests that you will come across.

2. Abandonment Ending

The Abandonment ending requires your Synchronization to be very low, which means you need to miss several of the 12 memory cubes. In this ending, Diana succeeds in restoring Earth’s atmosphere, but that comes at the cost of Hugh’s digital consciousness. You are likely to reach this outcome if you skip missions, rush through areas, avoid interacting with Diana, and ignore key activities required for better endings.

3. True Ending

For the true ending, you will need 100% Synchronization and all 12 memory cubes scattered across the Digital Echoes of the abandoned city. To maximize your Synchronization, make sure to interact with the holographic cat at every reset point. This unlocks a secret post-credits scene showing the rebirth of the lunar colony.

There’s more to it, though. In the postgame Unknown Signal mode, you can complete 10 challenges by collecting 100% of items in each sector and defeating buffed bosses. Doing so rewards you with a special mod, which you need to equip during the final boss fight to unlock an additional alternate ending scene.

Tips That Can Help You in Pragmata

One of the first things to keep in mind while playing Pragmata is that there are four main weapon types: primary, tactical, defense, and attack. Hugh’s primary weapons reload automatically, but the other three have limited ammo. Once they run out, they’re discarded. While it might seem like a good idea to conserve them, there’s no need, as Pragmata constantly provides you with new weapons. So, use anything you come across freely. You can also switch between weapons to cancel charged attacks when needed.

Throughout the game, you’ll regularly return to the shelter, where you can use upgrade components to enhance both Hugh and Diana. Hugh’s combat relies heavily on hacking enemies to expose their weak points. At the shelter, you can unlock weapons for printing and take them into the field ahead of time. You might think you need Lunafilament each time you craft a weapon, but that’s not how it works. The initial resource cost is a one-time investment that permanently unlocks the weapon for free use whenever you’re at the shelter, while also enabling further upgrades to your arsenal. Make sure not to skip out on unlocking new weapons.
