Obasanjo sings for Makinde at bus terminal opening

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo stole the limelight on Wednesday at the inauguration of Ibadan Central Bus Terminal, Iwo Road.
In a memorable moment, he affectionately referred to Governor Seyi Makinde as “my beloved child,” eliciting warm applause from attendees.
“This terminal is more than bricks and mortar. It is a symbol of progress and commitment to the people,” Obasanjo said during the unveiling ceremony.
Governor Seyi Makinde described the terminal as a key component of his administration’s plan to modernise public transportation in Oyo State.
“We are committed to a system that is safe, efficient, and capable of connecting our communities seamlessly,” Makinde said.
