It’s greed and the fraudulent nature of our people

I never understood why they kept asking, until I noticed one was blocked out of the app immediately we got to my destination. Then I realised it was meant to short change the system.
You want to use another person’s resources to get customers and you don’t want to pay any form of charges. Who really did this to us? This same people will keep attacking government for corruption, calling government all sorts of names, what’s the difference with them?

People always attempting to act smart but coming out as stoopeeed in the process. If the app creators didn’t create this service will they get a single ride in the first place.
I wonder how they think sef. Cheating is just encoded into some people’s DNA

In Owerri, they’d ask you of the Bill on the Bolt app, then upgrade it.
I recently rode with Bolt in Owerri and driver asked to confirm the bill, it was clearly N800 on the App but he insisted he’d do N2500 whilst schooling me on the cost of petrol and distance of the trip. They’ve made a mess of the brand in Owerri.

Godson Ogumka and when there’s a surge, they don’t complain. I don’t know what’s wrong with us.

That’s fact it’s called a professional cab service where we book and you take me to my destination… Why the need to go offline

People are just wicked in this country, reaping other people off their hard work and investment.
Bolt only work in Lagos, Calabar, Port Harcourt and Abuja. The rest areas I been to is a mess.
And as fellow entrepreneurs, I think we should insist on never to do offline with these guys. A platform that has made movement easy for us shouldn’t be so shortchanged by those it is providing job for.
And some after the offline trip, having eaten the companies 25% will ask chairman anything for the boys. Aku uwa eju afor.

Nigerians always find a way to bypass systems and then turn to complain that nothing is working. The most annoying part is how they think it’s their right. Some of them even go ahead to ask for tip even after going offline. And then we have the ones that ask you for the price you saw when you booked. It’s well o.

I am happy that we can see that Buhari or whoever who is going to be president is not our main problem.

I thought I’m the only one who keeps experiencing this. I have reported some of them to Bolt but no positive result.

I agree with you. The dysfunctional environment we find ourselves breeds such disregard for established protocols sadly

Argument stopped when I offer to pay N500 no more, no less for offline rides, regardless of the distance.
And I asked some if they are ritualist, for wanting to offer offline services.
If they don’t want to do the job, they should gettat!

Comfort Ibiye Iyalla that’s what I do. I offer them way less than the price and ask if they’d take it.

I have preached morals to so many when they asked this and explain how much it cloud storage cost for the app to be maintained, explaining how unfair it is considering I have a solution too and wouldn’t want such. young naija man always wanting to cut corners

Adedeji Owonibi a lot of them believe the company has no expenses and is reaping them off. So much greed.
