What kind of Stratagems are we talking about? Well, gamers, these are Stratagems that are loaded with firepower and can help you get out of any situation while wiping out waves of enemies. With that said, let’s take a look at all five of them in Helldivers 2 –
1. Ring of Fire
Ever found yourself surrounded by waves of bots and bugs with no reliable Stratagem to pull you out? That’s exactly where the Ring of Fire comes in. Basically, this thing functions like an Orbital Napalm strike landing in a 30-50 meter radius around the beacon to create a temporary safe zone when you’re surrounded from all sides. This will give you the necessary breathing room to regroup and call your teammates back into the mix
2. Cluster Rockets
Cluster Rockets Stratagem works in a simple manner. When activated, it deploys a munition that splits into multiple guided micro-rockets. These rockets automatically lock onto all the nearby medium and heavy enemy units. This one will be a perfect way to deal precise damage against targets that are otherwise too tough for anyone to deal with in a round.
3. Guided Strike
Guided Strike should work similarly to the Spear Rockets. It would launch multiple guided anti-tank rockets across a large chunk of an area. This might sound extremely broken on paper, but Arrowhead can always balance things by adding a short delay between each rocket. This would ensure that taking down targets doesn’t make it too simple.
4. Eagle Quasar
Eagle Quasar is basically the Quasar but adapted for the skies. It unleashes a barrage of Quasar shots at medium to heavy targets along its flight path. There’s no need to rearm it, but a longer cooldown is needed to keep it balanced. This Stratagem can be an actual monster.
5. Orbital Plasma Cannon
If there’s one thing that’s missing in Helldivers 2, it’s a Stratgem that delivers a single massive plasma shot that’s capable of some major destruction. It would be incredibly satisfying to rip through the game’s toughest enemies with something this powerful. It should be limited to a single shot, so your timing and precision are rewarded
