Witch Hat Atelier is a fantasy manga by Kamome Shirahama. Centering the journey of Coco, a girl hailing from a non-magical family who discovers that magic can be illustrated. After accidentally turning her mom to stone, she starts training under the witch Qifrey to undo the spell. The story explores a richly imagined magical world. It teaches moral challenges, and a secret group of witches known as the Brimmed Caps.
The anime series was announced in April 2022, with Ayumu Watanabe as the director. Meanwhile, Hiroaki Kojima is the producer, and Yuka Kitamura is the composer. Additionally, an official teaser of the show was released at the Anime Expo 2024.
