What happened in One Piece Chapter 1182?
The previous chapter, titled “Zaza,” opened with Loki and Ragnir checking whether Imu is still standing after their devastating attack. When the dust clears, Imu smiles and addresses Ragnir, saying that he didn’t expect to see him in this world. After dismissing the conversation, Ragnir and Loki once again attack Imu, who retaliates with “Nova Eclipse.” It creates a massive explosion, setting the nearby forest area on fire.
The scene then switches to Sanji, who regains consciousness. When Bonnie tries to stop him, he says that he must get back to the fight. He then recalls that Kilingham has not given up on kidnapping the kids. Sanji also notes that Loki and Usopp are attached to Elbaph, which makes it his duty to protect the country.
Meanwhile, Sommers finds a new ship that they can use to kidnap and transport the kids. Elsewhere, Chopper treats Gerd and others affected by the battle. The chapter then shifts to Zorro, who is traveling on Glodberg’s shoulder.
Back at the port, Killingham summons something that he fears deeply but manages to control it because it’s a dream god. Soon, it starts raining, and Elbaph begins to flood. Killingham orders the being to capture the kids. He describes the being to Sommers: a rain god, capable of pelting an overwhelming amount of water from above.
The chapter then reveals a massive being called Zaza. It has multiple arms made of water and grabs all the kids. As Killingham and Sommers prepare to receive the kids, Zorro and Sanji race to the location.
