Nicolas Cage’s upcoming Spider-Noir series has an exciting new poster. It shows off the noir-inspired aesthetic and came one day ahead of its final trailer, with the show premiering at the end of the month.
What does the Spider-Noir poster show?
The upcoming Prime Video series will be released in both black-and-white and in color, and the poster highlights both versions prominently. Besides giving fans a new look at Cage as Ben Reilly and as his superpowered alter-ego, it also features the supporting cast. This includes new looks at Li Jun Li, Lamorne Morris, and more. It’s not the only new Spider-Man poster on social media, as Tom Holland’s upcoming fourth Spidey adventure also revealed an exciting poster last week.
The poster also teases an exciting action scene, showing “The Spider” scaling a lamp post while escaping bullets. Ahead of the show’s premiere, the final trailer of the upcoming TV show will be released on May 19, 2026.
The series is set in an alternate 1930s New York City, following Ben Reilly (Cage) as a private investigator by day and a caped wall-crawler at night. Spider-Noir marks Nicolas Cage’s first foray into television. He also suggested releasing the show in two different color formats.
Spider-Noir is potentially the first of many other Spider-Man spin-offs in the works. Cage’s rendition of the character first appeared in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, although the show doesn’t follow the same character, despite sharing similar traits. The show’s makers are confident enough to be reportedly submitting it to compete in next year’s Emmys.
Spider-Noir is produced by Sony Pictures Television exclusively for MGM+ and Prime Video. Harry Bradbeer directed the first two episodes and also executive-produced them. Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot serve as co-showrunners and executive producers. Uziel and Lightfoot developed the series with Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’s Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Amy Pascal.
Spider-Noir premieres on MGM+ on May 25, 2026, and will be released globally on Prime Video on May 27. Spider-Noir will be available to stream in both black-and-white and in color.
