When will the Spider-Man 4 trailer premiere? The latest update suggests footage from the upcoming MCU movie might arrive sooner rather than later.
When is the release date for the Spider-Man 4 trailer?
According to World of Reel, the first trailer is expected to arrive “any day now.” Because Spider-Man: Brand New Day is a Sony property, there has been speculation that the studio will run the superhero trailer before screenings of Project Hail Mary. Sony holds the international distribution rights for Project Hail Mary.
Tom Holland reprises his role as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. This marks Holland’s fourth solo outing as Spider-Man. The rest of the cast includes Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/Punisher, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan/Scorpion, and Marvin Jones III as Lonnie Lincoln/Tombstone.
The new additions to the cast are Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Tramell Tillman.
Destin Daniel Cretton, who famously helmed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, directs Spider-Man: Brand New Day from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.
Much of the plot and character details have remained under wraps. However, a description for Spider-Man: Brand New Day – The Art Of The Movie revealed key elements for the upcoming movie.
“Four years have gone by since we last caught up with our friendly neighborhood hero. Peter Parker is no more, but Spider-Man is at the top of his game keeping New York City safe,” the plot description reads. “Things are going well for our anonymous hero until an unusual trail of crimes pulls him into a web of mystery larger than he’s ever faced before. In order to take on what’s ahead, Spider-Man not only needs to be at the top of his physical and mental game, but he must also be prepared to face the repercussions of his past!”
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be released in theaters on July 31, 2026.
