The upload featured stylized artwork of Victor von Doom holding a clover, aligning with the holiday. The post follows earlier themed updates shared by the actor as anticipation builds for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film.

The actor previously shared Valentine’s Day images captioned “Happy VVDay,” which included chocolates shaped like Doom’s mask and a message altered to read “Happy Doomsday.” Another image showed the character holding a bouquet with six figures resembling him. A separate visual referenced Iron Man with a peanut cluster, while a final image featured a heart-shaped tattoo reading “Suzie,” referencing Sue Storm.
Additional posts included a Super Bowl image of Downey with Susan Downey wearing green Doomsday jerseys and a Christmas artwork captioned “Silver & Gold” featuring Doom and Iron Man masks. He referenced the film’s release timing by calling it “Dunesday” alongside Dune: Part Three. Observers have noted recurring Iron Man imagery in these updates as he prepares to portray Victor von Doom.
Marvel Studios has not released a full promotional image of Doctor Doom from Avengers: Doomsday, though merchandise, such as a keychain, has circulated online showing the character’s masked face. The film marks Downey’s return to the MCU after Avengers: Endgame and positions him as the primary antagonist within the Multiverse Saga. Joe Russo and Anthony Russo direct the project.
The cast includes Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie, Florence Pugh, Letitia Wright, and Simu Liu, with Vanessa Kirby playing Sue Storm alongside the Fantastic Four. Marvel Studios will release the film on December 18, 2026, as part of Phase Six, leading into Avengers: Secret Wars.
