Phyno released an exciting teaser for the music video of his popular track Do I, along with the announcement of the release date.

The new father and CEO of Penthauze Records made the initial announcement via his Instagram page on October 5, where he confirmed the release date of the music video, which was directed by Praise Onyeagwalam, popularly known as Director Pink, one of the few female directors in Nigeria who recently won Best Video Director from AFRIMMA. The announcement was made in a post that read “Do I Video Out on Monday!!! Dey Play”.

The eagerly anticipated video is scheduled for release on October 9, 2023. The talent behind the production of Do I is the incredibly skilled music producer Jaysynths. Phyno’s lyrical prowess has even earned him the admiration of artists like Nasty C, who consider him a source of musical inspiration. Do I was released on September 1, 2023, following a break Phyno took from music to focus on fatherhood with the arrival of his newborn baby.

The upcoming music video teaser hints at delivering a combination of energetic rhythms, a catchy hook, and impressive choreography. Do I will mark Phyno’s second track of 2023, following his earlier release Ojemba, which featured Olamide.
