After wooing horror fans in theaters, Lee Cronin’s The Mummy is set to haunt viewers at home. A reimagining from New Line Cinema and writer-director Lee Cronin (Evil Dead Rise, The Hole in the Ground, Ghost Train), the horror movie featuring Jack Reynor (Midsommar), Laia Costa (Un Amor), May Calamawy (Moon Knight), Natalie Grace, and Veronica Falcón (Queen of the South), has received a major update on its Digital and 4K release date.
When is the Digital and 4K release date for Lee Cronin’s The Mummy?
Lee Cronin’s The Mummy hits digital platforms on May 19, 2026. It will be available for rent or purchase on participating digital platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, and more.
Starting July 14, the film will be available to own on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD from online and physical retailers. High definition and standard definition will also be available via participating retailers.

The film’s official synopsis reads, “The young daughter of a journalist disappears into the desert without a trace—eight years later, the broken family is shocked when she is returned to them, as what should be a joyful reunion turns into a living nightmare.”
Made on a production budget of $22 million, Lee Cronin’s The Mummy has managed to earn over $86 million worldwide so far, according to The Numbers as of May 12. The movie has proved to be profitable overall for New Line Cinema, Blumhouse, Atomic Monster, and Wicked/Good.
Critically, it didn’t manage to please many reviewers, which becomes evident from its Rotten Tomatoes score. Currently, it holds 47% Tomatometer score, from 186 reviews. However, moviegoers have given it a solid verdict, with a Popcornmeter score of 74% from over 1,000 user ratings.
