Wonder Man, played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, introduced us to a totally new environment and atmosphere that is elegant, cozy, and from the West Coast. While this is just the beginning of a whole new Marvel experience around L.A., Wonder Man is someone who is a key character for the future of the MCU.
Simon Williams, whose alter ego is Wonder Man, is not just affiliated with the Avengers, but even the West Coast Avengers. The team that has the potential to be introduced in the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Interestingly, the group has already been teased by the inclusion of Wonder Man.
Let’s get to know the other affiliation that Wonder Man is associated with.

It was Captain America who formed the Avengers Emergency Response Squad with an aim to deal with the threat around the world without any barrier. He handpicked each member of the team, making a squad that even includes Wonder Man.
The team has not only saved humans, but even vampires at some point. Joining Wonder Man and the man out of time are She-Hulk, Lightning, Hawkeye, Shang Chi, and Wasp. While fighting Serpents, it was Wonder Man who destroyed the supply of Serpent’s Tears, saving not only humanity but even Captain America, who had become Cap-Snake.

Although the name sounds funny, the origin of this team has a history that will amaze a fan. This is another team that was formed on Earth-616, and was nicknamed by Hawkeye. The Babysitters Club is a group gathered by Balder the Brave to protect his babysitter, Laussa, from Sindr, Balder’s half-sister.
Interestingly, the team once used Wonder Man’s Wonder Wagon to travel as well as to hide in plain sight, while they were being hunted by Sindr’s accomplice, Ares, the God of War. To escape the danger, in the aforementioned threatening situation, Wonder Man broke a bridge, helping the team escape easily.
8. Underground

Underground is a team-up between superheroes and civilians. The group was formed by Hawkeye opposing Hydra and their evil regime. This team-up is one of the most important in Marvel Comics as it is the same time in Secret Empire when Captain America was turned into a Hydra agent by the Sentient Cosmic Cube.
Members of the Underground are Wonder Man, Tigra, U.S Agent, Quicksilver, Shang Chi, and more.

Force Works came into existence after the West Coast Avengers were dismantled. Interestingly, this is a group formed by Tony Stark, aka the very beloved Iron Man.
Talking about its members, the group originally consisted of Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Woman, an alter ego of Julia Carpenter, and Wonder Man. Unfortunately, towards the end of their first mission, Wonder Man is thought to be dead, and is then replaced by the alien Century.
6. Lethal Legion

Another highly intriguing storyline is that of Lethal Legion. The group is primarily a villainous squad formed by the real brother of Simon Williams, Grim Reaper. However, in the latest edition, we see Grim Reaper forming the group, while also being supported by his brother, Wonder Man, to defy the ill schemes of criminal mastermind, Norman Osbourn, the fiercely insane Green Goblin.
Other members of the Lethal Legion are Absorbing Man, Mister Hyde, Nekra Tiger Shark, and more.
5. The Revengers

Coming to the group formed by Simon Williams, aka our beloved Wonder Man, on Earth-616, The Revengers. Wonder Man didn’t just form this group, but he also leads it. Other members of the team are Anti-Venom, Atlas, Captain Ultra, Century, as well as Demolition Man, Devil-Slayer, Ethan Edward, and even Goliath V.
It should be noted that instead of being a proper superhero team, The Revengers is actually an anti-hero squad. This group’s intentions are way more serious. Wonder Man believes the Avengers are not helping the world, and hence, he, along with the other team members try to stop them.
4. S.H.I.E.L.D.

Other characters who have been working with S.H.I.E.L.D are Captain America, Starfox, Winter Soldier, and more.
3. Defenders
One might get confused after Netflix brought forth a team titled with the same name, led by Daredevil. However, the original team was formed by Doctor Strange and consisted of Hulk, Namor, and the metal alien Silver Surfer.
Later on, with a rolling member list, even Wonder Man joined these powerful characters.
