According to recent reports, Chelsea FC is rumoured to be close to completing the ninth signing for the summer 2023 transfer window.

Chelsea FC seems to have its eyes set on acquiring the best young talents in the market as the Blues are reportedly set to complete the signing of a young talented player who would be the club’s ninth signing ahead of the 2023/2024 season.

According to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea is just a few steps away from signing the wonder kid Deivid Washington from the Brazilian side, Santos, in a deal that is believed to be worth over 17 million euros.

Reports indicate that if Chelsea completes the signing of Deivid Washington, he will be loaned out to the French club Strasbourg, which the owners of the club also own.
