I am working on a a transformative program designed to recalibrate the way businesses view and operate in the realms of sales and marketing. Contrary to popular perception, we assert that sales and marketing are not distinct sides of a coin but rather, different elements on the same side of the same coin – intrinsically interlinked and mutually dependent for optimum success. As part of this initiative, I post relevant articles, engaging video clips, in-depth interviews, and insightful podcasts (most of them are produced by me but I also share relevant information from others and sometimes funny posts).

In a disturbing development, business communication has become devoid of empathy, bonding, customer care, and people skills. It seems we’ve forgotten the fundamental ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) principle, treating interactions more like transactions rather than opportunities to connect, understand, and serve.

As a seasoned expert in Sales & Marketing, with a deep understanding of psychology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), I am committed to reviving this lost authenticity. My career has been dedicated to helping businesses forge strong, lasting relationships with their customers, focusing not just on the numbers, but truly understanding human behavior to drive meaningful results.
