Season 3 is just the start of Battlefield cooking for the fans in 2026. It begins with the booming return of the Railway to Golmud map. Veterans of Battlefield 4 will remember it, but it’s been remade from scratch, and it’s now Battlefield 6’s largest map yet.
REDSEC is finally getting a Ranked Battle Royale Quads mode! Keep in mind, it’s a permanent addition, not a limited-time event.
Three fan-favorite weapons arrive through the free Battle Pass! These are straight out of the BF3/BF4 era: the M16A4, RPK-74M, and L115.
The mid-season Blastpoint Update (June 9) brings a second classic remake! Cairo Bazaar, a reimagining of the Grand Bazaar from BF3. Also, the beloved Obliteration mode and a brand-new Explosive Charge limited-time event will be available.
Season 3’s next drop will be on June 30 with the High-Value Target Update. It will deliver Tactical Obliteration, a new Casual Battle Royale mode for REDSEC, and the limited-time Wet Work event.
