All Secret Unlocks in Resident Evil Requiem Leon Must Die Forever DLC

Spread the love

Capcom dropped a free DLC mode for Resident Evil Requiem out of nowhere! Not only that, but the Leon Must Die Forever DLC is jam-packed with secret unlocks, hidden rewards, and hard-earned accessories.

All of this content makes the DLC infinitely replayable. It’s a fast-paced, roguelike-inspired challenge mode that unlocks after you finish the main campaign at least once. In it, you’re fighting against the clock, killing enemies to earn randomized enhancements.

You will be able to unlock this hidden DLC content with Completion Points (CP). These are earned through in-mode challenges. We will let the cat out of the bag not only for the hidden items and unlocks, but all 11 challenges as well.

Here’s a complete breakdown of every secret unlock waiting for you in Resident Evil Requiem Leon Must Die Forever DLC.

These items are bought directly from the Special Content shop using Completion Points earned by completing challenges. From powerful weapons to starting inventory boosts, each purchase permanently changes how your runs begin.

1. Hell Blaze (25,000 CP)

The big-ticket weapon unlock, and it absolutely earns its price tag! The Hell Blaze is a blade imbued with hellfire that sets zombies ablaze on contact.

Once unlocked, this weapon enters the random drop pool. So, it won’t appear in every run, but when it does, expect chaos in the best possible way.

2. RPG-7 (35,000 CP)

The iconic anti-tank rocket launcher is back. Once unlocked, you can only find one per playthrough. However, one is all you need!

The RPG-7 is a single-use, instant-kill weapon capable of taking out any enemy, including bosses. Keep in mind, it’s the most expensive unlock in the entire shop, but it is undeniably the ultimate reward.

3. Green Herb (1,000 CP)

Simple at face value, but a very clutch buff indeed. Once unlocked, it drops straight into your starting inventory at the top of every Leon Must Die Forever run.

We agree it’s a small health buffer. However, having this from the jump can make a serious difference when you’re managing both a timer and a growing horde.

4. Med Injector (2,000 CP)

Same concept as the Green Herb buff. Once purchased from the Special Content shop, the Med Injector automatically appears in your starting inventory.

You should consider this a worthwhile early investment before tackling higher Forever Ranks. The best use case is to stack Green Herb and Med Injector to give yourselves a serious survivability boost.

5. Case Upgrade (10,000 CP)

This one is simple: more inventory slots mean more options, which means more survival. The Case Upgrade expands your carrying capacity right from the start of each run.

Remember, the mode is very RNG-heavy, hence you need extra slots to hoard power-ups and weapons. Mid-run, this can easily be the difference between a clean, clear, and early wipe!

6. Aurora Spinners (3,000 CP)

This one’s a truly fun mechanic unlock. Midas Spinners are the base gold spider enemies already present in the mode. When defeated, they add time to your clock. Unlocking Aurora Spinners replaces those Midas Spinners with a superior variant that grants even more time per kill.

Once unlocked, every run benefits from the upgraded spiders. So hunt them down deliberately, learn the color tiers across both variants, and start bending the timer in your favor.

Enhancer Upgrades in Leon Must Die Forever DLC

These CP unlocks permanently alter how your Enhancer abilities function in Leon Must Die Forever. Each one of these reshapes your combat identity. So, you need to pick the one that matches how you actually play.

1. Unyielding Judge (5,000 CP)

Built for players who love to live on the edge! For 30 seconds while near death, your attack power boost jumps from 150% to 200%, zombies explode on kill, and attacks stop consuming ammo or durability entirely.

This is a high-risk, high-reward ability that rewards reckless bravery!

2. Lone Berserker (5,000 CP)

If you like to get close and personal with the apocalypse and a punch in the gut, this is the pick for you!

Close combat attacks may become finishing attacks, your close combat power boost climbs from 400% to 500%, and your firepower receives a 50% debuff (penalty). This one is tailor-made for the melee maniac in you.

3. Phantom Assassin (5,000 CP)

The gunslinger’s alternative to the Lone Berserker ability.

Phantom Assassin increases the chance of firearm finishing attacks and bumps your firepower boost from 100% to 150%. However, it debuffs your close combat power by 50%. Choosing this ability means going all in on ranged attacks; you can’t afford to be out of ammo!

4. Additional Leon Dialogue (200 CP)

The most wholesome unlock in Leon Must Die Forever DLC. For just 200 CP, you permanently add extra Leon dialogue lines to your runs.

It’s cheap but adds so much personality. Hearing Leon be sarcastic while surviving a zombie apocalypse is the absolute cherry on top!

Forever Rank Rewards in Resident Evil Requiem Leon Must Die Forever

Accessory rewards that not only change Leon’s look but also the starting loadout | Credit: Capcom

These rewards aren’t bought with CP; they’re earned! You will unlock them by completing Leon Must Die Forever on specific Forever Ranks. Each accessory also comes with a unique starting loadout.

1. Wolf Mode

Clear Leon Must Die Forever once, and you unlock Wolf Mode. As a bonus, it also has wolf ears as a head accessory.

On a serious note, it changes your starting loadout entirely! You will start with the STiri REVO3 A1 submachine gun, a hatchet, and the Surveyor enhancer ability. A solid first reward that signals this mode means business.

2. Turbo GT

Hit Forever Rank 2, and Leon gets the Turbo GT accessory. Yes, that means a Turbo GT vehicle on top of his head!

The loadout shifts to the MSBG 500 shotgun, a hatchet, and the Strategist enhancer ability. If you prefer a methodical, heavy-hitting style over a spray-and-pray approach, this loadout will deliver for you.

3. Hot Fuzz

Yes, it’s Leon with a police siren on his head. This is 100% real. You will need to clear Forever Rank 3 to unlock Hot Fuzz.

This accessory starts off Leon with a Classic 70 bolt-action rifle, a hatchet, and the Big Game Hunter enhancer ability. While other accessories are hilarious and Easter egg worthy, this nod to the 2007 cult-classic Hot Fuzz hits it out of the park.

4. Accessory Appearance

This might be the most practical meta-unlock in the entire group. You need to clear Forever Rank 4 to get access to this.

After unlocking Accessory Appearance, you can equip any unlocked accessory (wolf ears, cat ears, police siren, Turbo GT, or the red eye) purely for cosmetic purposes. You will not need to be forced into their particular starting loadouts.

5. Axe-orcist

The final, ultimate rank reward! This appearance and the loadout mean serious business.

Axe-orcist gives Leon a glowing red eye and starts him off with a two-star hatchet paired with the Maverick enhancer ability. This is a pure mastery prize, and the demonic aesthetic absolutely earns that status.

Do the Leon Must Die Forever unlocks carry over to the main campaign?

No. All unlocks from Leon Must Die Forever are exclusive to the mode. The rewards are great, but they stay within the DLC sandbox.

Is Leon Must Die Forever free or paid DLC?

It’s completely free. The mode arrived as a surprise update for Resident Evil Requiem and only requires that you’ve already beaten the main story to access it.

What is the best unlock to prioritize first?

For immediate impact, grab the Case Upgrade (10,000 CP) for the extra inventory space and one of the Ability Boosts (5,000 CP each) that fits your playstyle. The RPG-7 at 35,000 CP and the Hell Blaze at 25,000 CP are the long-term grind goals worth working toward.
