It’s a serious hormonal disorder caused by prolonged exposure to high cortisol. According to Schumer, this led to her face being puffy, feeling fatigued, and other health risks. She also addressed rumors head-on and confirmed she had plastic surgeries and the use of diabetes drug Mounjaro, but she denies any Botox or fillers. 

The comedian also highlighted improvements in her quality of life, noting that she now feels pain-free, which allows her to play actively with her son. So, Schumer’s message is clear, her marital journey is separate from her medical one, and connecting the two is a disservice to both.
