Reactions as woman cosies up to her man in new photo a week after he allegedly hit her in the face with bottle

A South African woman, Kgomotsego Sarah Ngope, has sparked mixed reactions after she reconciled with her alleged abusive lover.

It was gathered that Kgomotsego’s man allegedly hit her in the face with a bottle on Sunday, October 19, 2025

The mother of one had taken to Facebook to share a photo of her face, hand, bloody and bruised.

On the same day, she shared a post by one Victoria Mangoedi, titled: “Stop calling it love when it leaves bruises.”

However, to the shock of everyone who rallied around her, Kgomotsego took to Facebook on Sunday, October 26, to share a lovey-dovey photo with her man.

“Mara yena o nkira happy yazi ka mo rata #NeedNoDrama,” she captioned the post. 

The post quickly went viral, igniting mixed reactions among social media users, with many writing “RIP in advance”

Others say women hate poverty more than death.

“He hit her with a bottle on the face a week ago and yesterday she posted this. Ladies we can do bet,” one Rosaring wrote.
