Gachiakuta Episode 14 Review: Thrilling Ending Guarantees a War in Episode 15

[Spoiler]

Gachiakuta episode 14 was a fun watch. It had action, suspense, doki doki moments, and a hell of a cliffhanger ending. The episode also had one of the best aura-farming moments, presented by none other than Semiu.

From the opening theme to the ending theme, it was an episode that can keep viewers engaged without ever letting them get distracted. The art style was as aesthetically pleasing as always, and the singular battle scene it showed was an absolute masterpiece.

Gachiakuta Episode 14 Proves That It Never Fumbles With Female Characters

Gachiakuta episode 14 presented us with two recurring female characters who completely stole the show. Firstly, Rudo’s biggest enemy returned, which is none other than the doctor from episode 3, Alice Stilza. It looks like Rudo is still not over the trauma that the doctor gave him and remains wide-eyed at her return.

In this episode, Enjin gave a proper introduction of Alice, who is actually the first person to research cures for body contamination. Her penchant for screaming is actually a side effect of her research, peculiar as it sounds. Still, she is the best at healing and is also the grandmother of Aesha and August. Alice is still as loud and unapologetic as ever in episode 14, and viewers love her for it.

Next is Semiu Grier, the receptionist at Cleaners HQ, who had the best aura-farming moment in Gachiakuta episode 14. The way she casually spoke down to the rogue attackers called Marauders and effortlessly called them naive can make anyone fall in love with her. Not to mention how she singlehandedly defeated them all.

Her action scene was brief, but the most impactful one in the entire episode. At the same time, she isn’t an attacker because she wants to protect her Vital Instrument (and also because she loves a desk job). Once again, this is an unapologetic and absolutely wicked character.

A Thrilling Episode That Ended With a Stunning Cliffhanger

Gachiakuta episode 14 was an overall thrilling ride. It began with Enjin’s terrible driving skills, panned to the traumatizing doctor, before diving right into Semiu’s battle against the Marauders. The team figured that someone it was the Raders behind it all and began hanging out at a bar to figure out the information leaker.

Everything afterwards was a beautiful show of comedy, suspense, and a glimpse at the upcoming battle between the Cleaners and Raiders. The leader of the Raiders also made a hilarious entry as he began chatting with Rudo quite casually before showing Amo’s boots and effectively teleporting the boy, as well as the attack team of the Cleaners, exactly where they needed.

The last few moments were a breathless watch as the Cleaners get ready to face off against the Raiders. Last time, Jabber alone was enough to give Zanka and Rudo a tough time, but this time, the whole team is here. Thankfully, the Cleaners also have Team Child with them. Gachiakuta‘s episode 14 ending hinted at the fact that episode 15 will introduce the powers of Team Child.

Overall, Gachiakuta episode 14 was a well-rounded one. The sneaky subtext of an indirect kiss between Rudo and Riyo was also hilarious. What do you think of Gachiakuta episode 14? Do you think it was an exhilarating one? Let us know in the comments below.
