Spider-Man: No Way Home previously bagged its place in cinematic history after achieving the title of the biggest December opening of all time. This achievement took place after the movie surpassed the previous record held by Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which opened to an impressive $529 million in 2015.

Spider-Man: No Way Home achieved international milestones, including the biggest opening of all time in Mexico with a five-day debut of $32.4 million. It secured the second-biggest opening ever in India for a Hollywood title, earning $18.2 million. The film marked the third-biggest opening weekend in Australia, totaling $18.7 million, and the fifth-biggest in Russia with $17.4 million. In smaller markets, it set records for the biggest opening weekend ever in Ukraine at $2.4 million and in Turkey at $1.4 million.
