The Spaniard was speaking at his press conference ahead of this weekend’s league game against Southampton. He said the secret to why he always stays on his job was because of his win ratio.

I will tell you a secret: We win games. If we don’t win games, I would be sacked. It’s not because my hair is better than the other ones. I’m not sacked because we win a lot of games.

He also confirmed that Haaland will be available for the game against the Saints. Guardiola will hope that his team secures maximum points against Southampton at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, April 8th, 2023.
