What happened in One Piece Chapter 1177?
The previous chapter opens with Zoro and his team charging straight into Domi Reversi’s army. Meanwhile, Chopper transforms into his Monster Point and joins the fight. With a powerful move, Chopper attacks one of the giants. However, the blow doesn’t just damage the giant, but also reverts him to his normal state.
Elsewhere, Sanji’s group takes on Saint Killingham. Jinbe and Franky pin down Killingham’s legs to hold him in place, while Sanji takes control of his head. Meanwhile, Usopp teams up with Brook to confront Imu. Without any struggle, Imu defeats both of them, but Usopp refuses to back down.
Usopp mocks Imu for using cowardly tactics, such as controlling Elbaph’s warriors, to fight the battle. He says that Elbaph is the land of proud warriors and challenges Imu to fight fairly. Usopp fires a dangerous attack that explodes on impact. Imu effortlessly dodges it, but leaves both Brook and Usopp unconscious.
Luffy gets furious seeing his beloved friends fall in battle. Instead of fighting, Imu warns Luffy to stand down, or the consequences of the fight will be far greater than anyone can expect.
