A new report suggests that fans will have some big reasons to tune into the upcoming VisionQuest and Wonder Man.
What are the biggest reasons to watch VisionQuest and Wonder Man?
According to an upcoming Q&A session with Cosmic Circus insider Alex Perez, a reader asked if some of Marvel’s upcoming shows will tie into the future of Marvel movies, like Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars. Perez’s answer is sure to excite fans, with him simply answering “yes” as to whether or not they will tie in and have characters appear in the movies.
VisionQuest is set to star Paul Bettany as he reprises his role as Vision, and will also see James Spader return as Ultron. Other stars in the series include Todd Stashwick, Ruaridh Mollica, T’Nia MIller, Emily Hampshire, Orla Brady, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and James D’Arcy.
Initial reports on Vision Quest were unclear if the series would adapt the actual comic book storyline from the Vision Quest comic series, or simply continue the ongoing story of Vision that’s been building in throughout the MCU. The last time fans saw Vision was in the closing episodes of the Disney+ series WandaVision, which saw the Vision being dismantled and reassembled in a new, white body, which disappeared shortly before the season’s finale.
Marvel Television’s Wonder Man will debut on Disney+ in January. Created by Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest, the series stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as the titular superhero, while Ben Kingsley also reprises his MCU role as Trevor Slattery.
