You can find this boss on Sailor Island, where it spawns briefly after every few minutes. A general thing to remember is that the Solo Hunter shares this island with another boss called Alucard. That being said, it’s possible you may not encounter the Solo Hunter at one attempt.
You can change servers frequently and speed up the process until you confront the Solo Hunter boss. Once it spawns, make sure to use your best Runes to get a damage buff. On top of that, you can also reroll clans to get the strongest offensive and defensive boosts.
The Solo Hunter has a 7% chance of dropping the Dark Ring. With that in mind, you may have to beat this enemy multiple times before you finally get this item.

As mentioned earlier, the Dark Ring is an important item needed to get Ascension 3 from the Ascend Master NPC on Sailor Island. This NPC asks you to complete the following tasks to get the job done:
Collect 5 Dark Rings
Defeat 500 NPCs
Reach level 6000
Defeat 50 bosses
Deal a total of 250 million DMG
Use your abilities 500 times
Complete the Shadow Dungeon on Easy difficulty a total of 10 times
Collect 7 Dismantle Fangs
Once you do the above tasks, you will finally get to Ascension 3, which gives buffs like: +10% Gems, +10% Money, 2% Cooldown Reduction, and 5% Luck.
Apart from Ascension, you need Dark Rings to acquire the Solo Hunter sword from the Solo Hunter Trainer NPC on Sailor Island. Complete all his quests and give these items to acquire the sword:
