Amanda Frances purchased Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s former family home. In Season 15, Episode 7 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) she invited the now-separated duo to show the renovations she made. While they went around the entire house, Kyle kept remembering the memories they had as a family.
However, as the moments passed, Kyle ended up emotional and eventually crying (via Bravo TV). While Amanda left them for a while, Kyle admitted to Mauricio how emotional she is feeling (via X).
I am so embarrassed in front of them. I don’t know why this was not easy for me to see the house.
Although her ex looked unbothered, Kyle kept questioning how it would have been if they hadn’t left the house.
It was a simpler time, you know, in our lives. And the girls were younger. …Sometimes I just think, what would have happened if we didn’t leave here?
She also remarked that it is difficult to revisit the house, as it made her think about all the happy memories they had in there. Later in the episode, she couldn’t help but question how they let life get in between their relationship and separate them.
Mauricio Umansky Is Off Limits for The Real Housewives of Potomac Cast

Mauricio and Kyle separated in 2023 but remain married to this day. However, both are single and allowed to date whoever they like (via Bravo TV). But during a recent appearance on The Real Housewives of Potomac After Show, Gizelle Bryant declared that Mauricio is off-limits to the entire cast.
During Season 10, Episode 15, Bryant stated:
If Mauricio wasn’t connected to Kyle, I would’ve already had s*x with Mauricio. I would have definitely pounced on him. However, he gets the panties, for sure.
But then she went on to quash any possibility of love between them.
I’m a girls’ girl… Like, me and Kyle aren’t friends like that at all, but I don’t think any ex-husband or husband from the Housewives… I think they’re all off limits.
However, this did not stop her from stating that Mauricio is beautiful, despite having judged Ashley for flirting with him. Later, in the show, when the girls stopped at Kemo Sabe, Kyle’s favorite hat store, Mauricio briefly went to say hi. Bryant, once again, stated:
Mauricio is married to — I think they’re still married — to Kyle Richards, who is a Beverly Hills Housewife. Mauricio would definitely be somebody that I spent some quality time with — horizontal. It’s just the Beverly Hills Kyle of it all. And I just don’t want any Beverly Hills-Potomac drama.
While Ashley and Stacey seemed to be getting close to him, Bryant stepped in and declared once again that he was off-limits to them all.
Kyle Richards On the Exact Moment She Wanted To File for Divorce
While Kyle and Mauricio have been separated since October 2023, they are to file for divorce. However, during Episode 7 of RHOBH Season 15, Kyle admitted that she has considered divorcing Mauricio.
While talking to Dorit Kemsley and Bozoma Saint John about seeing pictures of her estranged husband being intimate with other women, she said that it made her think of filing for divorce.
It’s a very big decision, and it’s scary. It’s not just me I’m thinking of. I’m thinking about everybody. When I was in Aspen recently, I felt a little bit invisible. And then I’m like, ‘Okay. It’s time.’ But then I come back, and I’m like, ‘It’s just easier like this.’ You know, we’re good friends, and I know that he loves me. We get along.
Kyle revealed, while referring to her four daughters, that she shares with Mauricio. Yet, she also shared that while going on family trips, she doesn’t feel seen. In the same episode, when Mauricio was asked if he had ever thought about filing for a divorce, he replied that he hadn’t.
