Helldivers, it seems like Star of Peace’s promise of liberating the galaxy is soon going to become a reality. High Command has just confirmed that the DSS will soon be fitted with the Death Star-like weapon, and Helldivers will be given the vote to annihilate one of the three targets: Valmox (Illuminate), Penta (Automatons), or the Hive World Zagon Prime (Terminids).
The choice you make here will directly influence the Second Galactic War in Helldivers 2.

For those who don’t know, Star of Peace is Super Earth’s ultimate weapon. One shot from this beast, and the entire planet will collapse into a black hole. Its sole purpose is to allow our forces to streamroll those bugs, squids, and bots and spread Managed Democracy in Helldivers 2.
Now, our Dark Fluid reserves aren’t at the optimal levels, but High Command isn’t having enough of it. Three possible targets to fire the weapon have been identified by our forces: Penta (Automatons), Valmox (Illuminate), and the Hive World Zagon Prime (Terminds).

High Command has given the decision of choosing which planet to fire at to democracy itself. That’s right, we as players have the vote to choose which world should be erased from existence, and that’s where our Major Order steps in. The chosen planet must be accessible to the Super Earth forces, which means we have to ensure control of the adjacent planet at the time when the Star of Peace is fired.
The Major Order tasks Helldivers with holding three planets until the order expires: LESATH, Nivel 43, and the AFOYAY Bay. Voting on which planet gets treated with the wrath of Star of Peave begins in 48 hours, so it’s time to set a countdown, Helldivers. It’s our votes and efforts that are going to shape this war going forward.
Which Planet is the Smartest Choice to Vote For?

You might be wondering which of the three planets makes the most sense to blow up. Of course, most of you’d like to obliterate the Illuminate as we’ve all been itching to get revenge for the attack on Super Earth. However, let’s not forget the fact that Illuminate has weaponized a black hole once. Giving them yet another opportunity might prove to be a big mistake.
That’s why going after the Hive World makes the most sense. Sure, it’s going to be significantly more difficult compared to Bots and Squids. However, as Redditor SearingPhoenix states, if the Hive World goes down, Omicorn will be completely isolated. Getting a grip on both Oshaune and Omicron will allow us to generate even more E-711 that’s needed to power up the Star of Peace.
Not only that, but taking out the Hive World will further lock out Socorro III, Bore Rock, Esker, and other worlds. We will be able to isolate the Terminids, boost our E-711 production, and weaken one of the Super Earth’s worst enemies in Helldivers 2.
With that said, which planet are you voting to destroy with the latest Helldivers 2 Major Order? Let us know in the comments below.
