Outrage trails viral video of university staff cutting off female students’ braids
Mixed reactions as university staff are spotted in a trending video cutting students’ braids off.
It was gathered that it was exam week at an undisclosed university and the students who wore long braids were punished.
A video that was shared online showed some of the female students getting their hair cut with scissors.
The reason for this wasn’t made clear, however, some netizens have opined that wearing long braids perhaps went against the rules of the school.
