Early this morning, I encountered this horror on ikorodu road, around Town planning. He was driving with deflated tyres. No law enforcement agent challenged him. I was so scared he would fall off, so I stopped infront of him to challenge him why he was still driving with the deflated tyres. It caused a little traffic, but someone had to challenge him. The local government guys came and took over from me, and cleared the truck off the road. 😑 😒 😐
