During her appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the actress discussed her experience of working alongside Johnson. Blunt reflected on the delightful challenge of starring alongside The Rock and recalled,

“I was walking next to him, people would take pictures of us walking next to each other, and I looked like his child, like his tiny child.”

Furthermore, the makers have announced a sequel to Jungle Cruise.

The forest adventure wouldn’t be complete without Lily and Frank. It’s certain that Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson will reprise their roles in the upcoming Jungle Cruise sequel. According to a news outlet, the film is speculated to be released sometime in 2025, although the ongoing writers-actors strikes may potentially delay its release.
As of now, no major updates about the film have been revealed, but there are speculations that Jack Whitehall might also return to reprise his role as Lily’s brother, MacGregor.
