3.He wont pick up phone
4.He wont pick up phone
5.phone rings he picks and hangs up !
6. Today Saturday He is not working Today
Jumia can not even track his performance . They need to do an APP Like Bolt Where Delivery guys will be tracked when and if they call a Customer and Customer can also have an app that can call and track delivery guys
Honestly ! And The Jumia Help Are TOTALLY WORTHLESS. Chatted with them a few days aback NOT ONE SINGLE FEEDBACK on this delivery issue . I am thankful its pay on delivery they can keep their goods
and the customer.care@jumia.com is worse
